Binge Watchers #2: One Tree Hill 1.11
I felt in respect to this being the Everwood board instead of creating a thread specific to one show it could be a revolving thread for different shows we as a group decide to Binge Watch together.
First up, One Tree Hill How to Prepare 1.) First you will need tissues, some for drying your eyes, some for throwing at the TV (the remote may seem like the best option but tissues don't cost you a TV so there's that), and finally some to just shred in your fingers as you roll through the inevitable cycle of emotions that OTH throws you through. 2.) If you have a letter jacket, wear it. One they are oh so cozy no? And two I mean why not, if it's good enough for Nathan Scott it's good enough for me  ......Did I say that out loud?3.) Food, the show can be rather addicting so if we get on a roll you will need fuel. I don't have the emotional space to deal with OTH and one of you dying so get it together. 4.) Prepare to have a sudden urge to babble over the smallest things, characters, plot lines, and oh yes love triangles, to the point you feel you have suddenly reverted to your teenage self again.  Rules We don't necessarily need rules, but for the sake of mass chaos we will state a few. 1.) The title of the thread will change depending on the episode being discussed. IF you are behind no worries, babble away, IF you watch ahead and we have people watching the show for the first time ever, please avoid spoiling them. 2.) If you want to take part let us know so we can add you to the Binger List and that way we can make sure we don't move on without you to the next episode! 3.) Having said that we can't sit around forever right? So a two day max will be set for each episode to be watched (we can change that depending on holidays or other circumstances as needed). Once those two days are up, OR everyone on the Binge List has commented on the episode at hand, the group will move on to the next and so on and so forth. ***All of this is negotiable. Here's more: Mark Schwahn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia He was really dedicated to One Tree Hill. Unlike other creators, he didn't bail and leave his work to others. He stayed and even wrote a ton of episodes in every season. I admire his dedication. |

Do we want to move the added fan art below the Binger List? Just a suggestion cause with the LP one going where it is now it makes it seem like we have a Brooke/Lucas shipper in our midst (unless we do then leave it as it.) That gif is there as a joke from the preparation step #4 "Prepare to babble incessantly." i.e. If you want to know how much I love OTH I could go all night.....but I digress. __________________

When it ended I had a finale party at my house and I was so sad thinking there would never be a show I would love so much again (PS- I also bidded on Pacey's boat on eBay  ). Then a few short months later OTH premiered and I was wrong. I loved OTH even more. So I guess I can answer that part of your question. It pains me a little to admit it because I love DC and Pacey so much, but I think I loved OTH more. |
