EVERWOOD Q&A THREAD #1

To start off this thread, I'd like to include here a little disclaimer/reminder...
I just wanted to remind you guys that this is a "Question and Answer" thread. Asking about people's opinions... perhaps should go in one of the other topic threads. This thread is basically your simple "Ask a question, get an answer" thread.

Also, some questions being asked may not get answered. Some of these questions, while great ones, are at times tough ones. I don't even know the answers to some of these questions being asked! It's nothing personal to those of you who ask a question and dont get an answer. Some people have jobs, families, other outside the net duties that don't allow them to rewatch an episode and post transcripts, or look at props in some scenes or whatnot.

And everyone is welcome to answer the questions asked on here, it's not just mine and Michelle's duty to do so

F.A.Q's

Q. When will the other seasons (2, 3 and 4) be out on DVD?
A. There are no plans at the moment for the other three seasons to be coming out on DVD. The DVD sales for season 1 were lower than expected. That said, the company still knows about the fans wanting the other seasons out on DVD and has not forgotten.

Q. Do we know the ratings for the season finale?
A. They were somewhere around the 4 million plus range.

Q. Since the other season's aren't coming out on DVD anytime soon, where else can I watch the seasons?
A. If you reside in the US, you are in luck! ABC Family has bought rights to air Everwood on it's station this fall. No word yet as to when and what time.

Q. Does anyone know where I can find clips from Everwood episodes?
A. Check on the first post on our multimedia thread and see if it's there! If not, you can always try and post a request!

Q. Hey is there a site around that would give me a list of the music used on Everwood?
A. A site that is great for that would be Everwood Music

Q. Where can I get episode transcribes?
A. Try this site

Okay, real question. When did Ephram dye his hair back to its real color? after the Pilot?

Id try Everwood Online. They have a god collection of caps. not up to dat of this season, however, last time I looked. I'm not on my computer right now, so I have no lnks with me. I'll post some of the picsite links I have sometime tomorrow wen I go back home.

Hmmm. Well without grabbing my DVD, Ephram had purple hair well into season 1, actually. What happened was it started to gradually fade in color, I noticed. LOL But by around the time that Colin woke up from the coma, was around the time where it was practically back to it's original color.

My question is...I want to make icons from episodes...but I don't know where to get caps. Any good sites?

Ashley just told me that she knows of some good site links but isn't at home to supply them at the moment. I also know that Alexandra and others might know something about this as well. However, off the top of my head, I do know that Everwoodonline has caps and a lot of people get them from that site.

Yeah it also seemed to be much darker (almost black) during the first half of season 1 and then went to its natural brown color mid season. Forget what episode it seemed to change dramatically.

Yep, great point. You're right, it certainly did.

It's funny to listen to Greg talk about how much of a pain it was for them to have to put in the purple coloring daily. He said in an interview that it was always a different color each day.

I guess whoever was in charge of his purple hair was glad that it was axed around mid season.

I had no clue about that. Thanks for the info. I definitely love his season 2 hair the best. Though I do have a soft spot for his purple hair.

Welcome. It's escaping me at the moment where he talked about the purple hair situation but it was so incredibly funny. Heh. I am so with you on season 2 Ephram having the best hair. I loved it so much. And yeah, purple haired Ephram was certainly one of a kind. I loved how Amy didn't care that he had purple hair in the least even if her friends did. I loved that about Amy. She danced to the beat of a different drum so many times. So awesome.

I bet probably has already asked this but will the 2nd, 3rd, and final season of Everwood ever be released on DVD? The first season of Everwood was released over a year ago on DVD. And on the final season of Everwood, do you think the creators and writers would put both versions of the season finale on it? I heard that there were 2 versions of the series finale.

I spoke to people Warner Brothers today and he said there were no plans at the moment but it is still on the radar and if the numbers are there (which they seem to be as of late) they will be released.
