looks like Pirates 5 is starting to gear up and rumors are going

That's the rumour following a recent volley of information/misinformation regarding Disney's upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean 5.

A report surfaced this week on CaribbeanBusinessPR.com that Pirates 5 was set to start filming before the end of the year in Puerto Rico. The report quoted an official from the Puerto Rico Film Commission who made the claim the blockbuster would start shooting in Puerto Rico soon.

Moviehole reports, however, that Disney has blasted the report as inaccurate and says instead that the picture is still in development and won't be ready to shoot for at least another year or two.

The studio did, however, drop a nugget of information that should thrill Pirates fans, teasing that "Will Turner's story might not be finished."

Turner was, of course, played by Lord of the Rings star Bloom in the first three Pirates movies and was last seen in 2007's Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. At the end of that movie he was made immortal and bound to sail the Netherworld on the Flying Dutchman for the remainder of his days. His wife Elizabeth Swann, played by Keira Knightley, could not accompany him, as she was still mortal.

That one sentence is all there is, though, so make of it what you will.

Johnny Depp, it has been reported, will be returning in the next movie as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Meanwhile, Bloom will soon be seen reprising the role of Legolas in the upcoming LOTR prequel The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

hmmmm.... would be nice to see him as Will again but..after what they did in potc 4 i am not jumping up and down just yet
