There have been many survivors where something hit three then someone else voted making it tied again. I feel all votes should be counted if it's before Christina shows up, it wasn't a problem the few other times it happened. Anyway, voting for 18.

The beginning of round post says the first to 3 is out. That's what the rules are. I am not sure why its a problem.

I think, if someone votes before Christina can start a new round, it would be unfair not to count their vote. If a vote needs to be changed because it has taken too long, it has been done. It's just not fair to anyone who votes before a round to exclude their vote, really.

Then the rules need to be changed. Raise the cap or something. There has to be some order or rules. Survivors have always been first to a certain number. If that number is reached, voting should stop until the next round can be started. That is how this is supposed to work. If it helps I can post that a choice has been eliminated, the round is over and to wait for her to start a new round. I would start rounds myself but I don't have a computer so its awkward to do.

These are all in fun, so I don't think it's a huge deal either way, but if someone wants to contest a certain vote then that's where the rules would come in handy. Sometimes I'll vote for a number even if it's reached 3 just because I know it's gone anyway.

I'm going to vote for #18 as well.

I just want things to be fair for everyone. If anyone wants to count votes and post the end of a round before I can put up a new round, I guess that's okay.

You spend so much time putting this Survivors together, I think we can wait until you do it. There's nothing wrong with waiting a little for that. I think you should continue to be the one to post the end of the rounds.

It doesn't really feel like we came to a resolution. Do the rules matter or not? Its either first to 3, or whichever number, or its not. Whatever we go with, we do need to decide. This game doesn't exactly work if we aren't on the same page on this.

Well that makes the 3 votes thing basically irrelevant. You can just end a round whenever you want. If you think that is most fair, then so be it.

This is just for fun.

Fans should be able to vote at any time on a forum.

It's not easy to make a Survivor like this.


Christina posts it as fast as she can & until then voting should be open IMO.

It's not that serious or at least it shouldn't be to me.

I don't understand what the problem with a vote cap is. Every survivor has one. I have no problem with when she posts a new round. The point is when something reaches the cap it is eliminated and therefore votes stop. The cap can be raised if that is the issue but there still has to be some order to how this is done. If there is no cut off on votes, there is no reason to cast votes. There have been survivors on this forum forever. Why is the usual format all of the sudden a problem? Her rules say when a choice has 3 votes, it is eliminated. What part of that is hard to understand?

I am totally fine with how we 've done it in the last Survivors, waiting for Christina. It has not been a problem.

I get what you mean about the rules but I think we don't have to take it that serious. Don't get me wrong.

I am just happy Christina spends so much time on those Survivors, because it's so much fun and it keeps Joey and Pacey alive for us. And I think that's what its supposed to be, having fun and talk about all these special P/J moments

I still say the vote count matters. If more votes are cast after one reaches the elimination limit, so be it, but they don't just override that it reached 3 votes or whatever requirement is put in place.

If its become what you say, then vote count shouldn't be in the rules. If the game itself is as meaningless as everyone says, then just let it be up to Christina when the round ends and what is eliminated.

I like playing the game with the object being something winning, its the fun of the game. Apparently I am the only one...

I agree, it's not that serious. I was just going by what has happened since I voted in these P/J survivors and the rare times what just happened, happened the vote is counted until Christina shows up. She also usually responds very quickly so it's not like it's left like that for days. I think if the new round hasn't been started then the vote should count so everyone is heard. Just to be fair, everything has always moved smoothly with all this in the survivors. It's never created a problem so I think it should just stay the way it is. Especially when it RARELY happens anyway.

I think I'll go with 16.
