Gretchen opened Pacey's family up so much I wondered why it took so long for it to happen. Her storyline was much better than many of the other ones.

I really, really loved Gretchen too. I just bought my season 4 DC dvd last night and started to watch, and I can't believe how much I've missed Gretchen. I adore her playful banter with Pacey. When she first arrived and just said 'hey loser' to Pacey, I was hooked. haha. And I don't know exactly why, but I adore this particular moment with her and Dawson -
Dawson: At the risk of sounding trite, it's good to see you. Gretchen: At the risk of sounding repetitive, it's good to see you too. It's like, from that moment on I knew her and Dawson were going to get together and be something very enjoyable.  __________________

I watched, I watched! I thought Sasha was perfect as Maura. I haven't gotten to the books with her yet (because I just haven't had the time) but she really does a great job and is the perfect counter to Angie Harmon on that show.  __________________

I'm on ep. 2 of Season 4 and Gretchen is awesome. She has a great rapport with Dawson, is a good brother to Pacey and a PJo shipper? Love the girl.

As you can see by my icon I love(d) Dawson/Gretchen. Gretchen brought out this really lovely side of Dawson constantly, and made him a better person and allowed him to mature. It was so lovely to see Dawson in a really ... good relationship that wasn't obsessive-like but still filled with love. *sigh* It's a shame that they broke them off, and from what I've heard it's not even done in a good way *sigh* __________________

I felt like Dawson and Gretchen were a little rushed in the end, especially since they took so much time to build it up. Then again, I knew it would come down to something like that because relationships that start in HS tend not to last past HS and the two of them had two very different paths in life.
Gretchen definitely was a great character addition to the S4 cast. She rounded things out really well.__________________
