Welcs! & I didn't know there was a list of vids... I just copied the last thread code. :P

I just went back to the last 6 threads and none of them had the list of Pacey Videos.

I'll go back and see if I can find them in one of the past threads.

Edit: I went back to the very beginning lol...and..I couldn't seem to find them on any of the threads. I thought they might be in the old OP before Carolyn changed it..but nope.

on a side note, I dont remember having a Pacey vid list :confused: we can always make a new one.

There probably are but I think some of us who are scare them a little. :D Maybe we'll grow out of it someday but...I doubt it. Haha.

I'm watching season 6 right now, and don't get me wrong, I adore Pacey, but he was not good to Audrey at the end there. She was actually really understanding for the most part too about his new job and him missing her show with Hells Bells, and before that just pretty much forgiving him for when he went out with his work guys instead of her. Pacey surprised me there, but he and Audrey were just in different stages in their lives.

See, I tend to disagree. Granted, Pacey did some things to Audrey that were thoughtless, but I thought that it was more Audrey putting a strain on their relationship with her unreal expectations of Pacey and his situation. She seemed to want Pacey to be with her all the time and wanted him to get wrapped up in dropping off the planet because that is what she did. In reality, Pacey did not have the option to do that because he had to make a living and pay his way. He really did not have anyone to fall back on if he could not take care of himself whereas Audrey had, at least, a cushion even if her mother did seem like a snob. I agree that they were at different stages though - Pacey had to grow-up a little faster than Audrey did.

I suppose I just hated the way it was always made to seem that Pacey was the main contributing factor to Audrey's spiral out of control. She seemed like she needed Pacey to be her everything by the beginning of S6 and he just was never going to live up to that standard. I mean, he imposed that role on himself in S4 when he was with Joey, thinking that he needed to be perfect for her, and he ended up cracking under the weight of his own pressure. Do I think it was unfortunate the way things ended between Audrey and Pacey? Sure. Their break-up sucked for them both. But I think Pacey would have stayed and, ultimately, he would have ended up as unhappy as Audrey was.

Beth everything you have just said was perfect and spot on. I think that since Audrey always had her way growing up she wasn't use to someone like pacey, who..omg..actually had to work for a living and couldn't go out and party like her every single night.

And I dont get how people can say that it's Pacey's fault as to what happened to Audrey. She did it to herself, people told her to stop. She is the one that put the pills and alcohol down her throat not Pacey's. Addicts can blame other people all they want....but when it comes down to it, its their own fault.
