I love Mitch and Gail, but I haven't seen a thread about them so I decided to start one. I have nothing special to post, but if you have avies or "reasons why we love them" please post and I'll add them.

I think a good starter would be: why do you like them?

I love Mitch and Gail. I didn't agree with what Gail did in season 1, i understood it, but didn't agree with it.

I think the moment i relized i liked them was when we heard the story of how they met, it reminded me of the story of how my parents met and i fell in love with them. I hated that they killed mitch off because i felt that there could have been interesting storylines involving them.

^ i didn't agree either, but somewhere in season 2 i really felt for her. after they got past that, their love seemed stronger and real.

i hated that they killed him off too, stupid writers. :P

I'm with you guys... didn't agree with what Gail did, but I think she truly regretted and their love became really strong after s3.

^ lol. You can call the writers stupied all you want, here at FF we love to mock the writers. ;)

I loved that Gail got the daughter she always wanted, Lilly was a lovely addition to the Leery family.

Yeah, I loved how happy they both were with her impending arrival.

^ And i loved how Dawson came around to the idea of a baby sister, he was always so sweet with Lilly. :sigh:

Uh huh :nod: (cause, well to be really honest here, the best thing about Mitch and Gail for me was the son they produced and raised :D )

^ Aw, i know, they raised a Dreamer, and little Lilly is definally going to be one too, watching movies in her room with Alex, sigh, we need a Lilly and Alex movie. :nod: Our little Dawson and Joey. Speaking of D/jo, Deb, i still in love with your icon, i so love the fact that we got to see how Dawson and Joey met as children, their so cute standing in the creek, splashing each other. :sigh:

Yeah, I know. I love how little Dawson looks like he's about to give little Joey a daisy :D

Mitch and Gail, always came across as the earnestly loving parents who had the ability to make their son cringe in embarrassment. I'm sure that there were lots of those moments.

awww lilly was simply adorable and seeing dawson with her...awww so cute. :)

thanks. :D dawson said that in an eppy in season 1 and i had to use it.

Mitch and Gail did a good job of raising Dawson, too bad Mitch wouldn't be around to see Lilly grow up. :(
