Michelle is very beautiful. Loved her performance as Jen and I loved Jen's relationship with her grandmother her only family who seemed to care about her. I had wondered if her parents should have been at her death bed then I remembered that Jen did not have a relationship with them so them being there was not needed. She had Grams.

BTW, does anyone know at what point did Jen and Joey become friends? I know Joey was not nice toward her when she first came to town.

It was definately slowly developing over the seasons - I'd say they started to become really friends in season 4. Jen played a big role in Pacey & Joey getting together

I just absolutely love both the character Jen Lindley and the actress who portrayed her so fantastically, Michelle Williams.

I've been rewatching Dawson's Creek in it's entirety for the 4th time now and it never ceases to amaze me how fantastic Jen Lindley as a character truly was. It only saddens me every single time that they wrote her constantly having to lay on a backburner, going through tremendous struggle and always kind of feeling like she was second, third, or fourth to someone else. Oh and to top it off, they kill her off. Absolutely disheartening. But I suppose it's how tragic Jen is and how Michelle portrays that so wonderfully that's why I love her so. <3

True I think she's really a hands-on mom, especially after Heath died. I think she truly wants to take care of her daughter herself and not let someone else do it.

Yes, Heath's death meant a great loss not only for the film industry b/c they lost a great talent, but also for his family. Poor little girl...but I'm sure her mother does everything she can so won't feel lonely. She looks just like her father.

It was devastating. It must be so hard to lose your dad so early It was really hard on Michelle too, even though they were seperated. Once you share a child, you have an eternal bond. I'm sure she does everything she can to provide for Matilda in every possible way She does, she's his spitting image.
