There is so much more to add then just one. I think my favourite DC character is Jen because she has so much more to her then meets the eye. I adore her friendship with Jack. Pacey is so relatable. I love Joey and Pacey together and believe the writers made the right choice with Joey choosing Pacey but I did also love the relationship between Pacey and Andie. I love so many of the original The WB shows. Roswell and Gilmore Girls are also in my top 5.
I adore Katie Holmes movies and think she is amazing.

Hi, all!
I have just been introduced to Dawson's Creek by my girlfriend. I finally caved after years of prodding and I am totally annoyed that I protested so long, because I had been missing out!

I write a weekly column for a local online entertainment zine, and my late introduction to this show has effected me so much that last week, I based my entire column on the show and how being open to new experiences can surprise and change you!

I found this forum because, as with everything I find interesting, I dig intensively into anything I can find out about it! So much so, in fact, that I found ( and subsequently purchased) a new old stock Dep hair gel promotional Dawson Leery replica necklace, complete with a sticker for a defunct DC website!

So, I'm John, but nobody calls me that, so I answer to Fud, I'm 48 ( I was 30 when the show premiered and thought I was too cool for it...UGH!) from Scranton, PA and just cracking open season 3. I'd be done watching the entire series, but I keep having to shut it off and go to work. I'm a single dad (but my girlfriend is an awesome help and great person and my son's mom is, too!) and I am a TV, movie and book freak.

I found this place as a direct result of the season 3 DVD and it's use of Jann Arden's "Run Like Mad" as opposed to Paula Cole's classic "I Don't Want To Wait" and how it simply didn't work.

The original theme was worked into the into the first act, came in at different places in the song and was used to dramatic effect by fading in or starting abruptly, etc.

So, going loony with the keyboard and after many various combinations of search phrases, I wound up here, and found WAY more than I bargained for! My girlfriend and I are obsessing on the forum and poring over as many posts as we can cram in between my DC binge watching education!

I'm still trying to figure out what minimums I need to reach to be able to DM folks in the know (such as rtrompert, whom I can only assume gets regularly inundated with annoying requests like the one I will eventually ask!), but even if I never figure everything out, this place is a wellspring of information and endlessly fun and entertaining, so I intend to stick around!

I'm 20 years out of practice with forum posting and I'll undoubtedly make so serious etiquette faux pas, so please bear with me while I re-acclimate myself to the whole experience!

Anyway, thanks for your time and thanks for having me! I hope to eventually be a worthwhile contributor!
