Take your time. I am writing my second story since a couple of weeks (no fanfic) and even if I love writing I feel like it takes me forever this time. My first story I have written in less than 6 months (about 60000 words). But I joined a writing workshop and they told us to take our time, there is no time limit to finish our story.

Anyhow, I am curious about the next chapters

That's cool! Good for you that you're on your second story. What type of stories do you write, if you don't mind my asking?

I took a few fiction writing classes in college, but I still feel like I'm not good enough. I'm thinking about getting into another writing program.

Wow, 60,000 is a lot of words. I've only written 3 fan fics and am no very good. It's definitely not quality writing and I envy anyone who has the ability to produce a good story.

It's a novel, the first one was a love story with some drama and psycho in it. I don't know exactly where I got my inspiration... I gave it to some close friends and family and they loved it. They said it was thrilling and heart breaking, but I 've always known that they are not the right people to criticize it because they are too close. So after this writing workshop I know for sure how bad my writing is, but I am still glad my friends liked it and I think writing is a good thing to fill your free time (besides watching DC). With my second story I try to do things better. It's also a novel, love story with drama. One of my main character is absolutely inspired by Pacey

Christina, I really like your writing style. May I ask you which college/studies did you attend?

Yeah, my professors used to say family and friends aren't the best critics. But it's awesome that you're on your second original story and you completed a novel. That's a big accomplishment!

I graduated from Elmhurst College. It's a liberal arts college just outside Chicago. I majored in English with an emphasis in writing. I'm thinking about getting a masters in creative writing.

I know I am not that talented in writing but as long as I love it I want to continue It's a special experience when you finish your own story and during writing some special parts I had tears in my eyes. It's awesome what emotions are coming up sometimes. I will never forget these special moments I had.

That's impressive. I always felt I wanted to write, but never did until the recent Fan Fics I wrote and even those are short. I was inspired to write a Script once and had actually started it, but when I told a couple people about it, they laughed, so it kind of derailed me. I'm disappointed I didn't follow through because I had the whole story in my head and it felt creative, but I've lost it now. I have to wait for the next inspiration I guess.

Yes you can. Search CPPgirl and you will find 3 short stories there and all were inspired by Josh. One is a Cole story told by Helen's POV and set in the past and the other 2 are DC and are about two actual scenes from the show, "Stolen Kisses" and "A Winter's Tale".

They are a bit rough and I never had anyone proofread them, so there are some errors in there and some things I would change if I had noticed them before I put them up.
