By the end of each ep PJ's problems were resolved, and usually in a very sweet way. But we can agree to disagree about PJ. I agree about DJ not being well written. I think S1 finale was too soon to get them together, and then they broke up way too soon. They just were never together long enough to be taken seriously as a couple IMO. With Dawson it was always, I don't want you but no one else can have you either" which made be batty.

I'm with you on this one. And I never felt DJ had a strong romantic connection. Their connection was based more on friendship and family than anything else, but you can't deny they had a strong bond, just not a strong romantic bond. I really liked their friendship and they were there for each other when they needed each other most which was sweet.

Which is why the series ended exactly as it was supposed to. Dawson got his dream of working with Spielberg and Pacey got his dream girl and the three remained a tight knit group. It was a satisfying end that left all the characters and fans happy. I hear Kevin Williamson wanted DJ at first but then as he started to write the series finale he changed his mind. Thank friggin' god,is all I gotta say about that.

I disagree about PJ. They never resolved anything when they fought, same things over and over and I don't know how she makes him want to be a better person. Everytime I rewatch the show, its PJ I don't get. how many fights every episode and never resolving anything? This is what I view and Joey is always jealous of who Dawsons with, but never with Pacey. hmmm..I'm not going to start anything here, but i don't see PJ growing together. I see him regress when he's with Joey. A lot of time was spent with PJ fighting about hurting dawsons feelings so that's why they're together? this is what the show shows me. I loved Pacey/Andie. She brought out the best in him. At least thats what I saw. Even Audrey with him I liked much better than Joey. I liked Joey with Eddie and Charlie and even Jack. season 3 I liked pacey/joey. I thought they were better that season than season 4.

I think I would have liked to see Jen truly fall in love as well, but also have someone love her so grandly because I think she deserved to be loved like Jack loved her.

I wish Jen would of found true love and gotten married. I didn't care for any of her relationships. I couldn't even care for her to be with Dawson cause she seemed to outgrow him too.

OK well we''ll have to agree to disagree but I did not ignore what happened on the show. I have rewatched the show several times. Season 1 and 2 were good, I did like season 3, season 4 was boring to me, and 5 and 6 were good.

It's sad that Jen never felt like she fell in love in the end.

I think it would have been hard to give Jen a true love because it would have been extremely hard to compete with the chemistry and love that she and Jack shared. I wonder if the writers realized this and that is why it ended the way it did.
