I wasn't a big fan of the Andie solo scenes (ie. the disciplinary stuff), it was like she had no place anymore, but I think the writers could have done something more with her. I liked Andie, so I feel guilty when I watch and realize I don't really miss her after she's gone. But I think that's more to do with the lack of luster to her story than Andie/Meredith herself.
