Which is funny because it reminds me of OTH when that actress followed Brooke's every move and "DAWSON" was the director over there.

OMG Rachel Leigh Cook and Jason Behr??? So funny how many famous people were on this show.

This episode was a bit overkill with the DJo stuff. I like them but I can see why others got annoyed. All the soulmate stuff and dramatic music was just too much.

Pacey not giving up and Andie was SO FREAKING SWEET, and the I love you and the kiss in the room? DSFDSFDSFDS. I love them.

The Devon character was a bit annoying, so I was glad that it was a short arc for her. I had never seen Roswell, so I didn't know who Jason Behr was when \I was watching this, but I have since watched the whole thing on Netflix, so I get it now. He's a cutie.

I will always think that everything Pacey does is sweet and he did a lot of sweet things when he was with Andie. He has such a big heart

I actually really enjoyed this episode, it was fun to see everyone working together on Dawson's movie. And we got some great character moments that helped explain things about the characters that were hinted at in prior episodes.

Devon does come off kind of creepy in a couple of her scenes. The way she studied Joey and watched her off to the side was a bit weird at times. I get she was trying to get "in character" but I can see why it bothered Joey. That said, she's pretty insightful and I can see why Dawson cast her as Sammy. She does have a certain charm but she's no Joey, as Dawson would agree.

I like that we got Dawson's motivation for doing the movie here. And how he felt after his breakup with Joey. We already knew he wasn't over her but he's been trying to pretend he was. And I like he admitted that to her later in the episode. I also like that he's okay with Jack now--that's character development that began in the last episode and continued now. And I just like seeing him direct movies in general, one of my favorite aspects of the show. The Dawson/Pacey moments were nice as well, their friendship was a really nice part of s2.

I thought they wrote Andie well in this episode. Her irratic behavior was subtle but obvious to someone who's close to her, like Pacey. It was sad when she pushed Pacey away but I like that he was determined to be there for her despite that. That end scene is easily one of my favorite Pandie scenes, "How do you know you can help me?" "Because I love you, Andie."

And now the Jen/Grams scene was awesome. Jen expected criticism and got praise and love instead. That was such a sweet moment and it brought a little tear to my eye.

I loved that Jen/Grams moment too. And you are right about Dawson making movies being an important and enjoyable part of the show. It was fun seeing the gang working on all of his projects, I enjoyed those moments.

Of course Pacey does no wrong in my eyes (for the most part), so the fact that he stuck by Andie and wouldn't allow her to push him away just makes him more perfect as times goes on.

I also liked that Dawson and Jack started to connect in this episode.
