Watched Baby a few days ago, I like how Dawson kept Pacey's secret about Tamara and warned him that everyone knew about it. I also like that he didn't even tell Jen when she directly asked him because it wasn't his secret to tell.

The Two Gentlemen of Capeside is when the hurricane hit and Pacey lost his boat "True Love" to the storm. The fishing one (if you mean S4 fishing moment) is The Tao of Dawson.

And the Two Gentlemen of Capeside is where Pacey finally apologizes for getting together with Joey.

I love when Dawson jumps on the boat to get Pacey. I question a lot of Dawson's actions, but that was a great moment for him.
