Thanks for opening!
Lea's directing (debut?) should be good! Kinda excited to see Simone, although I wish that it was more than a one episode thing. __________________

Welcome
Yup. Lea directed this episode. I have a feeling Simone will play into Toby's (lack) of music career. She was always interested in that. Still don't know how I feel about seeing her |

Maybe she's lonely and he just wants her to be happy.

Seems like Toby may not be as ready for marriage as he thinks he is. His reconnecting with Simone could be very interesting

Interesting episode.
Emmett had me feeling both sad for him regarding Cameron, but him and Travis were gold. "This is my nightmare." "She looks good." "And now I have a new nightmare." "He winked at her, whatever that means." I get Emmett feeling upset about Cameron, but I am glad Melody told him not to let Emmett make decisions for him. She's right. Also, I felt bad for Bay being in that position. I'm glad she got to meet Abby, and it was 100% wrong for Lana to leave Angelo off the birth certificate, but she is Abby in a sense. It's sucky for Angelo though, but also for the adoptive parents. And it's a real issue too. So many couples have a hard time adopting. But I did love Bay getting to hold her sister. at Daphne and Jace. Guys, this is not going to end well. Like, at all. Blackmail is never a good way to go about getting things done. And Parker is definitely still preggo IMO. Simone and Toby were interesting to watch, but I can understand Nikki's uneasiness. Also, was anyone else surprised that Regina is Simone's sponsor? I wish they'd show more stuff onscreen. |

I've always liked Simone. It was nice seeing her again (we only got like 2 seconds of her in the 'what if). Can Nikki just go away already, ugh. She just comes across as so sanctimonious. I just can't with Bay/Ty. It just feels like we never get anything substantial with them. It's like, nothing more than physical or something. He's just so wooden. I think Jace/Daphne may be even duller than Toby/Nikki. I think Jace might've been more interesting interacting with Bay (not necessarily in a romantic sense, but I felt more interest in that little scene where he was rude to Bay than I have in the whole of his and Daphne's relationship.) __________________

But it was never implicitly stated that she was her sponsor, especially with Regina falling off the wagon herself. |

Another enjoyable episode. Jace was actually kind of funny this episode. Still don't see why he's here though or why Daphne's interested in him. Angelo and Ty were rather hysterical. "I'm a very light sleeper. Very light." Really, really liked Ty tonight. The little picnic, and his music collection, which was pretty much just like mine. Weird. I'm glad we finally got some background on his family. His dad sounds pretty sucky. The Emmett/Travis stuff was great too. They really need to have more scenes together. I wish Simone was back for a longer arc. I like her better than Nikki, even if she was involved in the cheating scandal.
Props to Lea for her awesome directing. All the actors were great tonight! __________________

Yeah why make Bay so sex driven when being a virgin bothered her before that turned me off.
