When Stefan, Damon and Elena work with Bonnie and Grams to open the tomb, everyone is shocked by what they discover. Season 1: Episode 15: A Few Good Men Casting News Just as she did on ‘Angel,’ Gina Torres is once again rubbing shoulders with bloodsuckers and dabbling in supernatural such-and-such - only this time she is doing it with a role on The CW’s ‘The Vampire Diaries.’ Sources tell me that Torres will guest star on the freshman drama’s 10th episode as Bree, a “past” associate of Damon’s. I really loved the Damon and Elena interaction we got. Executive producer Kevin Williamson tells me that Matt’s trashtastic mother, Kelly, will blow into Mystic Falls and waste no time digging her cougar claws into Ian Somerhalder’s Damon. “If I didn’t have Kelly and Damon hook up there would be no God,” declares Williamson with a laugh. “What’s the point of doing TV if you’re not going to put those two characters together?  I tried to update the OP a little bit, put in some of the more recent things that haven't been shown yet on the show.Gah, I hate hiatuses. I bet it will be this really big cliffhanger, it seems like it from what Julie and Kevin are saying in that interview...and then they will leave us for awhile just wondering and speculating. __________________

Im I the only one scared for grams in the upcoming ep, we all know the writers history with good guest stars. I hope I am completely wrong.

As people have said, she has a right to change her mind and feel conflicted about things, even tell white lies to make her boyfriend feel more trusting of her. Obviously, she has no romantic feelings for Damon but she could be attracted to him, or maybe feel a small attachment. During the dance, she said she was safe because BOTH of them were there. She didn't just say Stefan. I think her mind is slowly changing about Damon, not to an extreme degree and not romantically, but perhaps on a friendly level. I was just trying to say earlier that the writers are slowly building up a foundation to, perhaps, a brief Damon/Elena romance. I don't feel like they are OTP, but I don't want to see, say, 7 seasons of just Elena and Stefan. I feel that would be boring. But that's just my take on things. As far as the not caring goes, I only refuted what you said about Elena being indifferent about Damon. I just think that when people are indifferent about something, they don't get emotional or feel one thing more than another. Elena immediately tried to save him, and I just pointed out that if she really had NO attachment to him at all, she would care less if he died. Especially since he is being painted as a murderer. The analogy you made about a stranger doesn't really fit. If you knew a murderer could get killed would you try to save him? Not unless you felt he had something good in him, right? __________________
