It’s all about speed and sex when “90210″ returns on March 31. In “The Bad & The Trusted”, Dixon and Silver go on with their night of splendor while Annie spends a drunken evening under the stars with fellow thespian Max.

Naomi is lured to the dark side when she hangs out with handsome bad boy Liam whom she met at the bar of her hotel. Taken for a need for speed, Naomi is captivated by its intensity. Matt Lanter guest stars as Liam, who has been described as the Dylan McKay of the “Beverly Hills 90210″ spin-off.

+ The CW has ordered two extra episodes, making the total episodes for the season 24.

+ This season's 19th episode (airing in April) will be must-see-worthy for two reasons: It marks Tori Spelling's return as Donna and features the arrival of Dixon's estranged mother.

+ I'm hearing a big storyline coming up is that Silver will have something in common with Britney Spears. No, not pregnancy. No, not lack of underwear. I'm hearing she will be diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and the storyline is pretty engrossing.
+ There will be some crazy things from Ryan's past revealed in upcoming episodes. There is a possibility that Ryan is not... Ryan! Silver will be diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

+ Rampant trading in gay stereotypes aside, this is an educated guess. But if Ty does come out of the closet, it'll be but one of two interesting storylines currently planned for the character. Remember when he flew Annie to San Francisco for dinner? Well, his talent for chivalry doesn't stop there, as Adrianna will soon discover.

Why does 90210 pay so much attention to Naomi? I’m much more interested in Silver and Annie’s stories. — Emily
MICKEY: I don’t know, Emily; I think the storylines have been pretty balanced so far, with the possible exception of far too little Jessica Walter (hic). That said, my West Bev moles do seem to be Naomi-focused of late. For example, if you are a fan of Paula Abdul music videos starring Keanu Reeves and/or the Fast and the Furious movies, you have much to look forward to in 2009.

same, but the description was generic to the sides. And the future epi. descriptions have nothing about Silver transfering schools, or Jen coming to town or Liam into Annie.

Why do they have to marry Ade and Navid? Why can't they just live in sin for a while? Actually, if they're the Naley of the series, I can't really object because I'm not really rooting for them with any other people.

They will probably back out at the last minute.. In the promo are all of the clips from episode 17 or are they all the episodes they have recorded already?

Yup probably 1x17 and parts of 1x18.

BTW

Ken Luckey is the only newbie guy written in before epi. 1x17 that's on IMDB he has a 2 epi. arc most likely that's Annie's Max, but on IMDB he's listed as Dave, we know Dave and Max are in sides but I think the final decision came between one of them.

Also I think 90210 is going to leave the door wide open for Aimee's (Rhonda Kimble) alot of people are loving her.

I think she’s been hiding in the shadows and all of a sudden she has this opportunity. I’m sure she’s had a crush on Ethan for years and years, sitting behind him every day, and now she finally has this opportunity to just really talk to him. It’s escalated because they’re both going through new things, new beginnings, and really opening their eyes to the world.

Before you started to shoot, what were your first impressions of Rhonda?
I thought she was a typical band geek. I was only told that she was a character who was going to shake things up after she gets into a car crash. That was it. But then I got to know more about her. There are a lot of layers there to explore if I come back for more episodes.

What were your impressions of the new “90210″? How did you get involved?
I had seen part of an episode, but not the whole series. It just seemed kind of fun. I was literally driving home from Texas — I had just finished up “Friday Night Lights” — and my agent called me while I was somewhere in the middle of Texas and Arizona. He said, “So, there’s an offer to do ‘90210.’ Do you want to do it?” and I said definitely. It would be something really different, going from the small town of Dillon, Texas, to shooting in Beverly Hills.

What were the big differences?
The thing about ‘Friday Night Lights’ is that we shoot very differently from every other show. We do three cameras all the time, it’s all [handheld cameras]. There’s no rehearsing…I’m sure the editors must have a field day, but we don’t have to say the same lines over and over. We can change them up as long as it’s in the same vein of where the scene’s heading. We have a lot of short days. We shoot a lot of scenes very fast.

Coming on to ‘90210,’ everything is different about it. There’s pieces of tape on the floor where you’re supposed to hit your mark. There are certain ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ you have to make sure are in there. It’s a lot glossier than ‘Friday Night Lights.’ The first day on ‘90210′ I cried. It was like, ‘I don’t know my lines.’ It was bad. Anyone who was there on my first day, when we shot all the hospital scenes, would have said so. The second day I was fine and I was with it. But the first day was a big shock.

All of your scenes were with Dustin Milligan. Did he help you or try to make you feel more comfortable?
I kept saying, “I’m so sorry. I keep messing up your scene.” And he’d be like, “Ah, no problem. We mess them up all the time. Just take your time. Enjoy it.” He was really cool.

I’d be remiss not to ask you about what’s going on with “Friday Night Lights.” How’s the waiting for a renewal going?
It’s always a waiting game in TV, but I’m optimistic. I wholeheartedly believe the third season is one of the best things on TV right now. I think it’s amazing. I think we scared some people off in the second season, but I think the third season more than makes up for it.

Anything you can tell us about what happens when “90210″ returns next month?
Ethan acts out like a typical guy where he backtracks after making all of these advances on Rhonda. Afterward there’s a fall out between the two of them. But there are also issues with him and Annie. So in the next episode, he’s kind of stuck in between the two girls. It’s a bit of a love triangle. There’s a lot of room for Rhonda to come back. It all ends in a cliffhanger. So there’s space — if “Friday Night Lights” doesn’t work out.

okay so..i kinda loved last nights episode (minus a few parts)
first of all silver and naomi=love. i actually really enjoy naomi's friendships w. ade and silver esp.
i really liked silver too, while it wasnt really her, it was still ha-larious. i mean "bribing" the manager and the british accent was so funny and then...
SEX!! but they didnt really show anything which is prob a good thing cause they would have effed it up. the tattoo was umm...interesting to say the least, but i enjoyed the make-out session

navid and adrianna are so good together. the chocolate smeared on her face and the love confession was so cute.
speaking of cute liam is sooo fine and his voice is beautiful

I did like Liam, but I really liked Ozzie, I still dont get why he could not stick around.

I think because the actor had other projects and would have had to work for free, like JLow did at one point.
