NOT CONFIRMED Chuck Bass is having trouble dealing with the mystery that was his father and the way in which his spare time was managed.
Nate Archibald catches Vanessa flirting with another guy, and at a moment of desperation, reluctantly turns to Blair for help.
Dan Humphrey purposely ignores Serena's calls and tells Miss Carr that things are beyond complicated between the two of them. Meanwhile, Miss Carr chooses not to take her job back at Constance and spends most of her time in an empty apartment with her new fling, who doesn't seem to be quite grieving from his recent break-up.
At the same time, Lily and Rufus question where their relationship is going and talk casually about merging their households. Chuck however, is against the idea, and does everything in his power to stop it.

"We get that that [relationship] works for people," Schwartz said with a laugh.
He also noted that many of the show's teen characters "graduate at the end of this year -- that's going to be a very big deal and it will shape direction of the show heading into Season 3."

I'm guessing nothing new. In fact I'm hoping nothing new cause with each new spoiler lately, another bit of my patience wears thin. Life as a shipper sucks monkey balls. My C/B depression is seeping into my everyday life. I yelled at a work pal today for spilling tea on my desk lol. She looked at me like I should be sectioned lol. If it weren't for my overwhelming C/B depression, I would have found it really funny. You know it's getting sad when you can't wipe tea off your desk without fuming about how unfair the world is lol.

I actually think there's no way CV will actually hook up. Even if NB are still feeling for CV (which - how can they not be? Blair's obviously in love with Chuck, and NV only break up an episode before NB get together), I'm sure they will break up more because they realize they aren't really in love with each other. They are just seeking comfort.

Chuck will tell Blair he loves her and prove it to her by the end of the season. I'm sure we have nothing to really worry about.

and yes being a CB shipper sucks. I'm not sure how long I will hang on, but if JS was smart he'd hand out something good else he shall fear our wrath and abandonment.

^^ I don't doubt any of that. But that won't help through the next 4/5 eps. And considering the next 4/5 eps are split over the next 2 months, it sucks. It's not the end result I really care about (not right now anyway), it's the immediate.

I really feel like they'll give us some good CB stuff in at least episodes 19 and 21. There's no way they would leave us 'hanging' so long. The second Chuck wraps up his Bart story line, he has literally nothing else to do but moon over Blair. I mean, he could also stomp around angrily over Rufus practically moving in... But that will take 5 minutes, max.
