MY MANHOOD
04-17-2008 9:31PM

MASCULINE MAYHEM—J.D. (ZACH BRAFF) AND TURK (DONALD FAISON) BOTH TRY TO PROVE THEIR MASCULINITY, WHILE THE JANITOR (NEIL FLYNN) STARTS A HOSPITAL NEWSPAPER—J.D. (Zach Braff) becomes scared that he is not masculine enough to set an example for his son, especially after Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) gives him a hard time about being a whiney man-child. Meanwhile, after a necessary surgery leaves him feeling less manly Turk (Donald Faison) is overcompensating his own masculinity by fighting anybody that tries to get the break room remote. Elsewhere, the Janitor (Neil Flynn) starts a hospital newspaper entitled, The Janitorial, as a result of Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) telling the Janitor that no one pays attention to anything he says. His main article makes life a nightmare for Dr. Cox. Sarah Chalke and Judy Reyes also star.

Show Cast: Christa Lawrence Miller, Donald Faison, John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Ken Jenkins, Neil Flynn, Sarah Chalke, Zach Braff

I wonder which surgery he's gonna have.

And there should be a nice Coxian moment...

Maybe it's just me, but I've never liked this description since the day I read it. Makes the episode sound really bad. I hope it's great.

I am SO going to kick my local NBC stations ass. Apparently there's bad weather in the area so they seem hellbent on covering it. You'd think there has never been bad weather here before! If I miss Scrubs I'm sending a very angry e-mail to them.

I saw it. It was pretty good. No Jello mention, but there were some great JD/Turk moments!!

I really liked JD in this episode. He was funny. And Zach looked really good.

J.D. and Turk were hilarious, super gay, but hilarious! Kinda mad about the write up for this one, pretty much ruined what was supposed to be a suprise. Loved Elliot in this one as well, her and Carla working together is always great.

I was also disappointed at the lack of JElliot in this episode, but I think we'll see plenty soon.

Other than that, this was a fantastic episode. Good mix of humour and drama.

Oh, and I'd totally give Elliot's butt a 10.

*scoffs* 9,2... really.
