I don't understand why they showed the premiere tonight...is there going to be an episode next week? Are we waiting til January? Why didn't they just wait til January?

Anyway, it wasn't too bad but it wasn't the strongest either.

I am not liking J.D. and Dr. Cox with longer hair, especially Dr. Cox with the highlights. I mean, John McGinley has AMAZING curls on that head of his, but there's something about that hair style that just doesn't fit with me

Them dancing to 'Bye Bye Bye' ... That cracked me up! I missed this show!

John's hair did look odd. The curls are like bigger now or something. Or maybe his hair is lighter? I'm not sure what it is.

My thoughts on the episode.

Loved Turk bringing *NSYNC back...with his ringtone. And everyone dancing to "Bye, Bye, Bye" And the whole thing with the Pop Rocks with Keith and Ted.

JD got Kim pregnant without having sex! And his whole beginning with the old queens bringing him to Vegas to get married and being sprayed with blue paint and pink confetti...

Cox's hair looked weird. His whole anger storyline felt off...but, it had it's moments. I liked when he dropped spagetti on his son when he tucked him into bed.

The whole mirror image backdrop was interesting... Cox looked alot like Dr. Phil, though. Was that the intension?

JD being the flag...fantastic! And him swaying...

Good episode...not premiere worthy, though.

The show I’m most loyal to, started back last night for it’s possibly last season. I have watched this show faithfully since the pilot episode. Last night made me laugh but it didn’t feel like classic Scrubs to me. Of course, neither did the beginning of season 5 and I think it turned out to be possibly the best season. I miss JD’s old look with the swept back hair. Pregnant Carla dancing against Dr. Kelso was funny (and I’ve always loved Bye Bye Bye).
I loved the touch of JD wearing a scarf in Vegas. That was cute.
The line “A Joe Piscapo look a-like contest?” cracked me up.
“Hardly seems like a punishment for the kid from Kenya.” LOL
The charades part was funny.
Overall though, this ep wasn’t very good to me. But it has to tie up loose ends. It’ll get better I know.

I guess it will be the last season , but I am really enjoying the re-runs on Comedy Central.

The dancing to Bye Bye Bye was hilarious.

I liked this episode but it's not my favorite. I loved them dancing to Bye Bye Bye! That was so hilarious!

Great Episode. Zach has a tape. I loved the first few minutes, JD finding out Kim was pregnant,JD going to Vegas and running into the Blueman Group. Kelso asking if Kim was naughty. JD being the Flag

I liked it alright but it just feels like they're being a bit to wacky. They don't need to try that hard to get laughs.

I liked the episode but I agree they seemed trying to hard to get laughs. I loved the "Bye, Bye, Bye" bit and when JD told everyone he got Kim pregnant with out even having sex. But the rest of the episode seemed off to me as did John McGinley's hair.
