After dark and before the dawm (M/PYOC)
The Story
Moon Valley institution is an institution for children who have special powers. They can't leave the place because the managers of the institution won't let them. They can only go outside for simple walks in the yard. The children of the institution have grown up. But that doesn't make them free. They want to know who their parents are (most of the people's parents have sent them to the institution) or they just want to get out and live a normal life. The Institution Moon Valley institution is an institution located in a valley called Moon Valley (Like that wasn't obvious). It has maxinum security and no one has ever escaped from there. The powers Each child has a different ability. None of them has the same ability, but some of their abilities are close to being the same kind.
