One Tree Hill S&S #11: Because much macking awaits us!
 OTH returns January 20th! 10. You Gotta Go There To Come Back Tuesday, Jan 20 - (9:00 - 10:00 pm ET) "You Gotta Go There To Come Back" TV-PG, D BROOKE AND LUCAS GO ON A VERY MEMORABLE FIRST DATE After Whitey (Barry Corbin) cancels basketball practice, Brooke (Sophia Bush) convinces Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) to let loose and takes him out for a wild night out on the town. Meanwhile, Deb (Barbara Allyn Woods) instructs Dan (Paul Johansson) to take Nathan (James Lafferty) away for a father-son weekend to try and rebuild their relationship, but things dont go exactly as she had hoped. Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz and Craig Sheffer also star. Keith Samples directed the episode written by Mike Kelle [img]smilies/star.gif[/img] This episode picks up the morning after WAO. Lucas decides if he wants to date Brooke or Peyton. Elsewhere, Whitey cancels practice to help the team refocus; Dan takes Nathan on a weekend outing in an attempt to reconcile with his wife and son,and Deb and Haley plan an open-mike night at the cafe.-TV Tome 11. The Living Years Tuesday, Jan 27 - (9:00 - 10:00 pm ET) "The Living Years" TV-PG, D NATHAN QUITS THE BASKETBALL TEAM Unable to handle the pressure from Dan (Paul Johansson), Nathan (James Lafferty) decides to quit the basketball team and looks to Haley (Bethany Joy Lenz) to help him fill his free time. Meanwhile, Brooke (Sophia Bush) becomes increasingly jealous of Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Peytons (Hilarie Burton) growing friendship. Craig Sheffer and Barry Corbin also star. Tom Wright directed the episode written by Mark B. Perry [img]smilies/star.gif[/img]Sides from Bliss: [img]smilies/star.gif[/img] Deb, Dan and Nathan all go to family therapy. Nathan is acting out (drinking, skipping school, missing practice) and he brings Haley into it. Haley pukes on Dan. - from bliss and fraz from fanbolt.com Lucas is also acting out (staying out all night with Brooke and sometimes bringing her home, and he also got a tattoo at some point) and Keith isn't pleased to say the least. - from casting sides Peyton's dad returns and she has to deal with him leaving again. Lucas goes to see Peyton before school but ends up meeting her father, Glenn. Father and daughter have breakfast alone. Later, they have dinner at Karen's Cafوring which Glenn tells her about a new job offer he got. Lucas shows Glenn a strip Peyton did of a young girl waving at a boat sailing far away. Will that make Glenn refuse the new job offer? - from bliss and fraz from fanbolt.com We also see Jake again (he sings!) and Peyton knows about his daughter. - from ? Lucas comes home four and a half hours past curfew. He goes directly to his room but it doesn't take long for Keith to come in to have a little talk. Deb, Dan, and Nathan go see a family therapist to talk about Nathan's recent use of drugs and problems. There's a lot of tension especially from Dan. He and Deb will also see the therapist without Nathan. Haley tutors Nathan on some geometry problems but they mostly talk about his therapy session. Dan will catch both drunk. Nathan takes a few important decisions. - from bliss and fraz from fanbolt.com Nathan doesn't start skipping school and stuff until after he pops the pills, from what I understand. It's mentioned during one of the family therapy sessions, which takes place two weeks after he collapses on the court. (It's the next episode, but there's a specific reference to how it is two weeks later). - from apf2783 Dan comes to pick up a drunk Nathan and Haley. Dan yells at Nathan, and Haley throws up on his lap. - from bliss and fraz from fanbolt.com Glenn is listening to some of Peyton's '80s music while installing the voice webcam on her computer. He loads the software, and the window appears saying "now installing, this may take a moment." He sits back in the chair, crosses his arms, and looks around his daughter's room. The wall of drawings catches his eye. He gets up, goes to it -- It's a veritable collage of Peyton's psyche. Picture after picture imparting a theme of isolation. Finally, he sees the red light with "People Always Leave." This one hits him particularly hard. Lucas appears, holding the latest Thud. Lucas talks to Glenn about Peyton and Glenn seems to be having a change of heart. 12. Crash Course In Polite Conversations .:BTS:. Eppy 111-Grandparents suprise the Scotts with a pop-in visit. They are in town to attend an auto parts convention...again. And because it is Dan's BDay. .:BTS:. His first statement to Deb is that she looks good since she "put on a few" and asks Nathan if he is a hunchback....Nathan straightens up .:BTS:. They have a family dinner for Dan and invite Keith. As a joke, Keith brings Whitey. Nathan brings Haley. Grandma cooks a lamb dinner .:BTS:. As you can imagine, Royal (gramps) is an overbearing jerk. Dan & Deb pretend to still be together so as not to hear it from Roay. Nathan and Dan pretend that Nathan still plays bball for the same reason. .:BTS:. But as dinner unfolds, so does the truth and Royal blows up. But May (grandma) in an attempt to quell Royal, leaks out that she had lied for Dan about his bball injury. We learn that Dan stopped playing not because he was permenantly hurt .:BTS:. {woohoooo, now that's a shocker] Anyway, this gets everyone fired up as you can imagine. The whole dinner is a disaster and everyone is po'd. Except Keith and Whitey who sort of laugh off the whole evening. .:BTS:. Huge Spoiler-Although Lucas choose Brooke and is with her, in this eppy he and Peyton have a "moment." Lucas is at Peyton's when she tries, unsuccessfully, to have a chat with her father via webcam. Peyton is afraid something might have happened to her dad. Dan is showing a car to a customer when his father, Royal, comes in and tells the customer about Dan's basketball career. A birthday dinner is thrown for Dan where Deb, May, Royal, Nathan, Whitey, Haley, and Keith attend. During dinner, Royal inquires about Nathan's basketball career which makes everyone around the table uncomfortable. We learn that Royal has been visiting Karen at the caf. (from spoilerfix.com) From Bliss: I don't have the file with me at the moment but from what I remember it starts with basketball, of course. Roy asks about Nathan's game and Dan lies and says Nathan is taking a break when really Nathan quit all together. Deb points that out and then they start arguing. Nathan brings up the fact that Roy has been secretly going to Karen's Cafe, which I guess Haley told him, because Roy says she has a big mouth. Nathan tells Roy to shut up and Roy tells Nathan not to speak to him like that. We will meet Keith and Dan's parents in this episode - from ] Filmjerk Deb, Dan, and Nathan attend family therapy in episode 10. - from apf2783 Keith and Dan's dad already knows about Lucas. - from Drops of Jupiter Episode 11 is also Dan's birthday. - from Drops of Jupiter Dan and Keith's dad is a little overbearing, maybe that's where Dan gets it from. - from Drops of Jupiter Nathan and Haley are definitely still together in episode 11. She is included in some Scott triple "F" (Forced Family Fun) - from Drops of Jupiter Deb and Dan are still fighting. - from Drops of Jupiter The grandparent's names are Roy (Royal) and May Roy goes to visit Lucas and Karen at the cafe-From Fraz 13. Hanging By A Moment A storm hits Tree Hill-TV Tome Dan goes running near the beach. He is at a beach house. A 30-year-old woman named Carrie and living in a bungalow on his jogging path stops him. Carrie is a writer. They chat and seem to hit it off. Carrie asks him to call her sometime. Dan doesnt call her, but that doesnt stop her from finding him and doing a bit more flirting which ends in Dan offering her to join him for dinner. They talk as he is finishing dinner and they seem to like one another more and more. As Dan goes looking for a corckscrew, he finds a photo of Deb and him. Dan tells Carrie that he is married and that he loves his wife very much. Carrie says that she too is married but that none of their spouses is here at the moment (spoilerfix.com) Karen (and Moira) is back in ep. 113. Presumably because Lucas has been hospitalized, though she does mention it's been 6 weeks. Not clear how Lucas wound up at the hospital (I'm guessing it may have had something to do with the storm in the prev. ep.) but apparently it's Dan who brought him to the ER. Haley is also very upset with Nathan for some reason. Echoes of their previous arguments in The Search For Something More, i.e. she's angry and he's trying to make amends if not explain. But this time, it seems to be about Lucas ("If he's out of circulation, you can't use me to piss him off.").(This is either 13 or 14) It also sounds like Dan's going to play hard ball with the divorce proceedings. But I'm not sure he actually did have an affair with that woman at the beach house previously. If he did, it didn't happen until very late into the ep. or was hinted at the end.(13 or 14) The kids will go on an 'adventure of sorts' after they get stranded in the woods. Dan has an affair with a 30 year old women at the beach house-From Fraz. From faded264 at Fanbolt.com: They said that Keith & Lucas get into a car accident & no one would say if Keith is going to make it or not. I'm saying he'd BETTER make it cause I love him & want him & Karen to get together! I'm guessing he probably will since he's been important to the storyline. Also, they saw Chad & Sophia making out in the car! But the other scene they shot involved Lucas & Brooke making out, so I dunno if it was art imitating ilfe there or life imitating art! LOL Anyway, I'm hoping I'll get to watch them film soon & can get more info. Also, they said that apparently Dan is going to be the one to pull Lucas from the wreckage. From faded264 at Fanbolt: WilmyK8E just posted on the other message board that some of the cast were filming at the hospital today but she couldn't get in to acutally see them filming. I also heard that Lucas ends up in a coma after the crash. 14. I Shall Believe General: They shoot the basketball scenes at Laney HS and they use Cape Fear Com. College as Tree Hill HS. - from BTS The Peyton match up is a real surprise. - from BTS The high school character are sophomores. The writers are toying with the idea of Haley being raped. PLEASE NOTE, this may not happen. It is just an idea being tossed around. Great start.
I really don't think Nathan/Haley will break up just yet. I'm sure they will have arguments though since that's a normal part of a relationship. But, the WB has seen the fanbase and all the dedicated N/H supporters. Naley is pretty much in the bag, the WB wouldn't be stupid enough to break them up. So IMO, Naley fans have nothing to worry about and this is coming from a non Nathan/Haley fan. [ 01-12-2004: Message edited Terpsichore ] __________________

n/h are definetely going to have arguments, but i just hope they won't go too far. i'm sure if the show continues for several seasons, they're maybe going to break them up just to spice things up, and that's what i'm afraid of and don't want to think about!!!

i think the adventure in the woods might not involve every main character, but maybe 2 or 3. but who knows?! i'm just waiting for the 20th to come before I worry about the future eps!

Hey, I guess this is more on the "gossip" side than "spoilers" but I just went back and read BTS's posts on the CMM site and she says "big shocker - one of the cast members pulled a Britney and got married during the break, they are now scrambling for an annulment. Take this lesson: drink in moderation".
Anyone know anything about this, like who, what, when, where?? __________________
