*** NEW CHARACTER: Danneel Harris (of the WB's "What I Like About You" fame) has been cast in the role of Shannon McBain, cousin of John and Michael McBain. Her first airdate is March 2nd.

"She's a beautiful dark-haired woman in her late 20's- early 30's. Cameron is intelligent, confident, tough and totally sexy. She'll be a detective with the Llanview police department." Possible love interest for John McBain.

My Unico loving friend. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] I just recently started watching OLTL. I think Walker is a cutie and hope they don't make him into a villain or Todd. I am alright with a little bit of ambiguity but not too much. I also like Marcie and Al. Same with Flash and her beau as well as Adrianna and River. So who do you think killed Mitch? Oh and is there a site with like a family tree cause I'm a little bit confused about Natalie and so forth.

I don't have any comments on spoilers (I'm trying to stay spoiler free), but I will confess my love for WALKER. He is the hottest man on daytime in my opinion.

Speaking of hot, so is Kevin, River, Riley, and Rex. OLTL has done a great job with casting lately. They can all act and are hot. I wish Scott Clifton (Dillon, GH) would have been casted on this show, instead of GH. He is about to be taught how to "act" by all the wrong people. It makes me sad, but I'll just drown my sorrows in Walker and River.

I'm hoping for a Bo&Nora reunion and Max&Gabrille reunion. I refuse to believe that JdP stuff.

I could really see River and SexyRexy together. I wonder if anyone else has thought of that?

Crazy people trying to put Joey who can't act with everybody.

Don't want a Bo/Nora redux...that would just tick me off. THey spent so much time trying to find someone who fit bo and they finally do then they are going to screw it up with Nora. Don't get it...at all.

Haven't really been watching all that often. I really like Antonio and Jess...Keri needs to go wreck a plane again. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

::grins:: Once you go Unico, there's no going back. Or something like that...eh, I need sleep, ignore me. I was planning to watch the movies the other night because I wanted to start a Quote thread on the Anime board and I needed some Unico quotes, but my VCR doesn't work (stupid wires, I can never figure out which ones go where).


Me too, kinda! When did you start? Me, around the time I started watching GH, my first semester of college. The first scene I remember watching and paying attention to was an argument between Todd and Cassie where he was demanding to see his children. I was all, "Aww, he's so cute, let him see his kids." At least I think that was it. Then there was another scene where he and Blair were fighting and I think they fell on the bed or something -- my memory is sketchy. I started watching regularly though over Christmas vacation when I was home for the holidays. Then I stopped watching for awhile, but now I'm back to being a full-time viewer.


Aww! I want him to be Todd, kinda. At first when I heard the rumors I was iffy on the idea. But the more I thought about it...it seems kinda interesting: like how will everyone react when they find out the truth...will Blair start to have an affair with Walker before she finds out he's Todd or after? And Starr hates Walker, so that'd be kinda weird for her to find out he's her beloved father. I didn't get fully on the bandwagon until Walker dropped his Concerned Brother act while talking to Mitch at the jail, when he told Mitch, "You're going to rot in prison till the day you die!" or something like that. I got shivers. It seemed so Todd-like.

That's another thing, Trevor St. John seems to have studied RH's mannerisms. I haven't even been watching the show very long and some of the little things he does remind me of Todd.


Marcie and Al are all right, I especially liked Marcie in the July 4th episode where she got to be Cinderella and Al picked her as his princess (Max's expression was priceless!). I really like Flash with Reilly, I think they at least have more chemistry than Flash/Joey (bleh and double-bleh after the Sarah reveal).

River/Adrianna... ::pouts:: ...I...kinda want him...with...ah ::shuffles feet:: ...someone else...


I'm going with Walker, especially if he turns out to be Todd. Doesn't Todd hate Dorian? Maybe he wanted it to look like Dorian was framing Blair for the murder (with the feather from the mask in her purse).


About Natalie, from what I gather while Clint and Viki were together, Mitch raped Viki. Apparently she gave birth to twins, one the daughter of Clint (Natalie) and the other the daughter of Mitch (Jessica). Mitch left Jessica in the care of Clint and Viki because he wanted his daughter to have a wonderful, full life. Natalie he didn't care about, so he took her and somehow she ended up being raised by Roxy. I wasn't watching the show at this time, but at some point Natalie came to town (I don't know if Roxy and Nat's brother Rex were with her at the time or if they followed her to Llanview at a later date) to claim her rightful share of the Lord fortune.

I have found this one site with allllll sorts of history about OLTL and a family tree. The One Life to Live History Pages. The page listing the characters is up to date, but according to the site the family trees haven't been updated since December of 2002 (but still that's pretty recent all things considered). Hopefully it'll help.


TSJ is very hot. Especially in that shirt today. Wow.


I'd agree with you about SC except that I need SOMETHING on GH to look forward to...and Dillon is just it.


I agree with you on Max/Gabrielle. Bo/Nora is kinda "eh" for me...since I wasn't watching when they were together I feel like I'm not missing much. Yes, I wasn't watching when Max and Gabrielle were together either, but I caught them in some scenes a few months ago (when I had first started watching the show I think) ...they seemed to go well together.

I like Joey/Jen but now that they are all happy and in love I feel like the attraction is starting to wear off. It was awesome when it was all angsty and he was fighting his feelings for her. But now...they've been lovey-dovey for only a few days and already I'm looking forward to the Rex/Joey fights more than I am the happy Joey/Jen scenes.

Hee hee...Just say yes to Gay!Rex. ::fizzle::


Well, if they recast Joey you will get your wish! I was all right with BMH, but I'm not adverse (that's the word, right?) to them recasting the role.


I'm sort of in-between "Yes Bo and Nora" and "No Bo and Nora" ...which I guess means indifference.


I'm not much into this triangle. It was fun watching everyone react to Keri being back from the dead, but now... I hadn't been watching much either, but Walker in particular has brought me back to the show full-time.

Couples I Want: River/Rex, Walker-Todd/Blair, Max/Gabrielle. I will give River/Adrianna a little more time since River's only been on a few days. I don't think they should have kissed like that right after they met. If it had been a GQ-type kiss (a rushed kiss before they'd even met, a kiss designed to get someone else jealous or to prove something to someone else) then I would have been okay with it.


Yeah, I heard that too, I think in a soap magazine or something right?


She's grating on my nerves a little too.


Todd, Todd, TODD!!!! Yes, imperfect characters are the way to go. Whether the character is selfish, or manipulative, or arrogant, or a rebel, or a total and complete bitch to everyone she (or he) meets, it makes them that much more interesting.

I've watched OLTL for a while, although not quite so much lately since I wasn't a Mitch fan.

I would love for Bo and Nora to be together but I want it to be a gradual process, taking months. And I love Gabrielle too.

Not a big fan of Flash but I love Riley.

And I like Jess and Rex too. I miss the 'other' Joey.

And isn't Kelly coming back too?

No problemo. It's easier than I thought it would be to track them down on different pages. The only problem is I'm never sure what can be taken from various sites and what can't.


He's been on since I started watching the show, only at first he was going by the name Michael I think, that was when he got Natalie to marry him. I thought his storyline was really dragging until the end when he started going crazy and yelling at people and quoting bible passages. Then it was like, "Whoa, Mitch!"


Gabrielle is so cool! I was looking at old pictures of her and Max and little bitty Al, and they were sooooo cute!


Yes she is! Although no one seems to know the airdate yet. But it should be soon since they've already cast and Kevin's already in town.

I hope Kevin stays away from Blair. He's slimy.

Max and Gabrielle were cool together. I was disappointed when they didn't really get back together after her marriage to Asa was over.

What happen to Todd or the actor who plays Todd? I haven't been able to watch some of the episodes where Todd goes missing. His character is the best because he's weird and unpredictable. I love that. If it turns out that Walker is Todd, I'll go crazy.

My facts may be a little fuzzy because I stopped watching all the episodes, but Mitch tried to frame Todd for the murder of Sam and then kidnapped him. Later he shipped him off to some place. The actor is now on ATWT.

Tracy Lindsey Melchior has been cast in the long-rumored return of Bad Girl Turned Milquetoast, Kelly Cramer Buchanan. ABC was unable to secure successful negotiates with Gina Tognoni, who originated the role in 1995 and left in 2000. Tognoni returned for several guest appearances in the interim. Melchoir is best known for her role of Tess in Sunset Beach.

I'm currently trying to go back and look for all of OLTL Insider's posts on the show to list in the comp -- there's a ton of information (mostly on Walker/Todd but also about Marcie, Keri, Jen and a new family, the Coulsons), I think Insider has given stuff from well into September.
