^ The bigger stores are definitely more accessible, but I did like that scene in the movie that showed Meg Ryan's character speak on behalf of the assistant at Fox's who had no idea who the author of a book was. It felt very believable. I remember going into a store and asking a staff member for info on a book and she looked at me like she had no idea what I'd just said. The scene definitely showed how staff of small book stores care more for accuracy of what they need to tell customers.
