ET's Kevin Frazier caught up with the stunning 39-year-old actress on the purple carpet for Avengers: Endgame on Monday night, where she discussed playing the fugitive Kate Austen on Lost and how it inadvertently helped her when taking on playing the Wasp.

"Is it weird? No, because I started my training as an actor on a show called Lost, where I was always doing something that I had no idea about and everybody wanted the answers for, so I am well-seasoned in this world," she explained in a flowing red pantsuit.

While on hand, Lilly also discussed the communal impact of the hit show, which went off the air in 2010.

"For me, what made Lost so special was that we reached an era where mom, dad and kids all had a TV in their own room or a laptop on their lap and everybody was watching television separately," she said. "Which, originally when TV first came out, it was marketed as an activity the whole family could enjoy and it kind of brought people together around the fire so to speak, the proverbial fire. And that had changed and it had become an isolating tool, and I loved that our show really brought everyone together around the TV again. Mom, dad, kids, grandmas, grandpas, uncles, co-stars, there were parties... and I loved that about our show."
