Well, it clearly is a book.
It's certainly not a typical book, but it has a specific focus and goal and the length seems appropriate to that. It's a 'Personal Growth' book that seems to be targeted at young adults who are figuring out their path in life. I don't know that I would want to read such a book much longer than 64 pages.
