Dean's wife is pregnant with the girl and Rory is pregnant at the same time.
So, Dean's (forth) child and Rory's child will be the same age.
Could that mean anything? Will Rory and Dean meet each other at parent teacher conferences? Could their kids be friends (although at the moment Dean doesn't live in SH)?
