Ok, I checked and it is from 17-Year Itch. But, it is what Brenda says about some other twins, I guess those who seem to have a telepathic connection. In the end, however, it turns out that Brenda and Brandon are "the two of a kind (...) a real team." That's why the quote was used in the meme I found and posted here.
