No, he didn't. The cops jumped to conclusion that he did just because he was already there at the apartment with Kiki when Silas was found. But he was already there because he was cleaning up the mess Nina accidentally touched the weapon so he had to clean her DNA off it when she said she didn't kill him. So of course, Kiki caught him at the apartment which meant the cops assumed that he killed him. But he never did. He just showed up just to see dead Silas on floor.
