I got a little off topic in the Winston/Frankie thread so here is what I have to say about Frankie and the sending nude pic plot:
I think that if anyone is going to get busted by sending out the nude pics, it is going to be Frankie. I can't see it being huge consequences - like some have mentioned elsewhere it is considered distributing child pornography (although I think that might be brought up in a lecture from the parents if they are made aware). I don't think the whole squad will be caught for their money making scheme either because it seems like the cheer leading thing carries on up until some mid season finale. Maybe Frankie ends up being the only one kicked off the squad...hmmm...that season premiere foreshadowing scene has me wondering if she is out for revenge. Anyway, what I'm saying is that since it is basically her storyline (although I love how Zoe's assault basically made this storyline happen and we were reminded of that) so there will be likely consequences for her.
Also: was anyone irritated about how she didn't close her damn door to take the picture?
Unless I missed it. Also I really hope no one recognizes her room. There could be a lot of details in those pics. Lola was smart for using the bathroom stall at school.
