Nope. Kat says, "You don't love me anymore" which pretty much shows that she thought he did love her and since he doesn't say he doesn't there and reminds her that the Annette thing is just a bet (as in he doesn't love Annette) it's kind of like admitting he does love Kat. And then later he tells Annette that there is someone he loves (Kat) and Annette doesn't even compare to her.
