I definitely don't think that Andrew will find out that it's Bridget he's been falling back in love with and not Siobhan. I think it's too soon for everyone to know about Siobhan/Henry's affair so I could see Gemma wanting to tell Andrew but in the end she just tells him that she found out that Siobhan has a twin.
