To me he does, I think maybe it's the hair looking somewhat tamed ( if that is even possible
) also it looks like he is wearing make up (just a smidge) Mostly though I think it has something to do with his facial expressions. The one where he is smiling he looks younger like the Patrick we see on the show. The one where he gives the come hither look he looks older.
