I'd be surprised if Walter didn't actually punish Kat at all, from his point of view, she went against his advice and got suspended which is now on her record. He only wants good things for his girls and if he can keep them in his bubble for longer then they'd like he's happy, just because he has his baby girls with him and everything. I think he'll be majorly hurt she went against his advice and may find it more of a blow than he realise.
I think Bianca will be a little crafty, ultimately siding with Kat but showing she's on Walter's side to please him
