I know what you both mean, I wasn't really pissed, i was more skeptical, I didn't really think it'd work because people are so familiar witht he story that they'll compare it all the time, but it seperated itself so I think it worked because it can actually stand on its own. It's based of the movie which was based of the Taming Of The Shrew, yes, but it's got its own feel and everything so it works.
