I would have preferred if she had hooked up with Noel over the summer, actually. Like, after spending all that time together, growing closer, Ben is gone and maybe her and Ben weren't communicating often, or well... I think it would have made WAY more sense than to do it after Ben came back.

It did because his "life changing" experience was with being a paramedic and now suddenly its a doctor? It doesnt make sense unless they just didnt know how to follow through with it storyline wise.
As far as Felicity's art, I guess its moreso people telling Felicity shes not good enough. But a true artist wouldnt let that get to them or derail them from doing what they love. IDK if i buy she really loves it.
I personally understood why Ben was so mad at her, he missed his class because she was late and it was the first impression of an already difficult plan for him. I think he was allowed a moment to be upset. They had ONE conversation and then she goes and cheats? Like, Im sure the next time they see each other Ben will apologize almost immediately. They were both in the wrong in that situation imo.
A kiss I could understand, but I dont buy that Felicity wouldn't IMMEDIATELY pull away from Noel and remember Ben. Its just bad writing imo to create forced drama.
And Noel is super disappointing too, kissing someone that has a boyfriend? His apparent FRIEND. Like, doesn't he realize too he's being used for emotional comfort? Its just gross on all fronts.
Ben only kissed Avery after he told Felicity he was feeling confused. Still wasn't great, but at least he was understanding of his conflicting feelings and told her about it. (the confusing feelings i mean, not the kiss)
