Got it. I don't feel it's messy, honestly.
The pairings... the only fandom I think is a bit... colorful, lol, is the Will and Mike fandom. They definitely are passionate. There's some fans that like Nancy with Jonathan or Steve but I wouldn't call it fan wars. I feel pretty strongly it's going to be Nancy and Jonathan. In fact, I'd be shocked if it wasn't.
I think the mystery is solid.
