Yeah that's where it gets blurry & confusing. I think for his family that could just go in OC, since that's where he currently is. But how do people know to find it there. Then he would have a few different relationships with the SVU characters too which end up in the general section
It will be a long board guide regardless, but by not separating it by show it removes some of that confusion
