I think it was televison channel of RT that was taken down.
My brother believes some of the Russian propaganda. He also has many Russian neighbours and has also seen what happens is Estonia. There is a language police there. People are not allowed to speak Russian. If a sales person conducts a transaction in Russian, they risk getting fired. There's a lot of opression against minorities, similarly to how it was in Ukraine. Against the Hungarians for example. So sure, he has a point, but the punishment doesn't fit the crime!
