Action is hard but maybe an exercise to do is act out the scene yourself. Like improv.
Or watch your favorite action scene.
And to help with writer's block, do like Mad Libs. Pull words out of a hat and make up a scene. Like a warm up. Doesn't even have to end up in a story.
