. I'm not sure how adding the username into the polls with the icons would look, appearance wise, without it being confusing. But that is another option. I didn't think of that. I'll have a play on how that'd look/practical it would be
Personally I like the personal awards over generic ones
. Don't think that really solves any issue on human error either, just saves time

Tina - I tested it out & I don't think either idea works in the poll so I think you're right in keeping them separate & usernames in the OP. Then for the polls we'll have to post the options in the thread OP with just text in the polls to save confusion. Thanks for your help
