I had a fan try and tell we once that they are a better fit because they come from the same world.
Aaarghh last time I checked Logan was raised in a mansion, not wanting for anything, and Rory was raised in a potting shed by a single mother who worked as a maid to get by.
Just because Rory spent a few hours a week with rich grandparents from the age of 16 does not make them from the same world. Crazy!
