In Hebrew the word Happiness is OSHER , if you brake it down, it has two other meaning- TO VALIDATE that which EXIST.
By validating what is, we create more of it ( and chang the neural pathways in our brain to see things differently.  )
it’s a practice worth its weight in gold. ( or gluten , depending on your taste and lean)
