Season 3 is getting close to a formality.
Deals have been cut with the lead four... Sara, John, Laurie and Lecy. Pay bumps, and especially Lecy looks to be getting a pay bump from early lower level. And the others are getting backends of the deal...
Looks like the same episode order is in line for next season as this one...
