Mischa Barton - Hexxx (2007)

This movie is about a girl in college in New Orleans (Mischa; she has the lead role) who is haunted by a curse due to a girl who killed herself on the campus years before. Quote from Mischa:

Actress Mischa Barton will play the lead college student, whos been quoted as a "strong-willed 18-year-old college freshman".

Supposedly this movie will be shot sometime this year and come out sometime next year. Shane West is rumored to also be in the cast, although that's not official.

Excellent!!! I love Horror movies... and have Mischa in it means I definitely have to go see it.

I know the GENERAL idea is Mischa is a college student in New Orleans, and there's some kind of curse on the campus due to a girl who committed suicide years before. If you've seen The Skeleton Key, I think it has some similar ideas. Lots of dark magic and powers and that kind of thing.

She's starred with both Shane and James Lafferty before, but I want her to do it now that she's beyond pretty to straight HOT. And also legal. LOL.

I'm excited for this! Mischa's branching out. Hexxx is a bonafide horror movie (barring The Sixth Sense where she had a small part, she's never done that before), Angels and Virgins is a kind of dramedy (never really done that before either) and Closing The Ring just looks COOL. LOL.

I don't think they've even filmed it yet, Amy! They JUST got a new director. One upside to the O.C debacle is the time to film it up opened up WIDE.
