A Home At The End of the World (2004) #1
My question contains a SPOILER if you haven't seen this movie.
Ok... I need someone to explain this to me, I've been nursing the same question since I saw this movie weeks ago! Why does the woman (can't remember her name) leave at the end? I thought the message of the movie is "family is what you want it to be", but she leaves. Maybe I missed something huge, or maybe I'm not getting the whole movie. I knew she would not go back as soon as I heard she was leaving to visit her mom, but I didn't get why. __________________

Why is it that I haven't even heard of this film?
I've got to get back into what's current and stay away from NetFlix for a while... __________________

Robin Wright Penn's character was named Clare. I like this person's explanation regarding her departure best. Sasha |

HBO has this movie on rotation so I'll watch it again soon. Maybe I'll get it this time 'round.
