Shooting Livien has been accepted at the Philadelphia Film festival!

Shooting Livien will be playing at the International House at the following times:
Saturday, April 16 at 4:45pm
Sunday, April 17th at 9:30pm

You will be able to purchase tickets on March 21st. They are $9.50. However, if you decide to become a member of the Philadelphia Film Society, you can purchase your tickets on March 18th. (Membership info)

The festival runs from April 7-20th.

The festival also has a daily e-newsletter. Each newsletter includes lists of sell-outs and near-sell-outs, guest appearances and events, as well as special announcements and a full day's schedule of films. Subscribe to list

Also, Sunday night we were all planning on eating at the Hard Rock cafe!

It looks like the films are being shown all around town, so maybe we need to know where and when SL is being shown to make the best choice.

I'm in, unless the film is scheduled for the very beginning of the festival in which case I might have to try to shift some things around, but I'm hoping for a showing after the 10th (keep your fingers crossed for me!).

Due to finiancial difficulties (IE-- I ain't got no money! *LOL*) I couldn't get to TX, so I promised I'd be at Tribeca, but apparently that would be useless since SL won't even be there... so count me in for Philly!!! I'll be anxiously awaiting news as to the dates we should all be there so I can book my flight!!!!

First here is a list of where all the theaters are since we have yet to know which one Shooting Livien will be playing in. This might give you a better idea of where the hotels are in relative to a theater. I have a feeling it will probably be in one of the Ritz theaters, but I could be wrong!

So these are the ones I would recommend the most, if you have another hotel in mind, I'll let you if I think it's a good location (ie, close to theaters or transportation).
So definately take a look at them, but optimately decide after we know what theater!

Also...I plan on taking off work (and probably skipping a class or two, haha) during all of this, so I will help with any sightseeing you would like to do! I know the city very well and have been to all of the sights!
Note: The Ritz theaters are in Old City, which is where Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are
