With the help of Captain Hernandez, Trip and the newly-launched starship Columbia, Archer pursues the kidnapped Phlox deep into Klingon territory, as Phlox decides to cooperate with finding a cure to a virus ravaging a Klingon outpost. Meanwhile, Archer demands that Reed disclose his secret orders when his ties to a mysterious intelligence organization are revealed. Later, when Trip temporarily returns to Enterprise, T'Pol tries to broach an uncomfortable subject with him. The NX-02 and the NX-01 are at warp, and have to move a crewman between ships via tether....it will be absolutely great!

I liked the "House of Phlox" line. Thought it was pretty funny and then discussing the Denoblean (sp) marriage "system".

I found the Phlox scenes the best parts of this eppy. The bit discussing the 'House of Phlox' and the Denobulan marriage system was kind of cute. Then he was so forceful with the Klingons. Was quite surprised when he sent the canister to infect the Klingon ship in order to get their cooperation in finding a cure.

Otherwise though I was disappointed with this eppy. The bit about transferring Trip between the Columbia and Enterprise just seemed corny and fake.

I suppose that it was nice that they established that it was Section 31 Malcolm was working for. Didn't quite buy his speech to the director at the end that he served one captain, and it was Archer. Where was this loyalty before?

It is nice to have Trip back on Enterprise.

PPD - I think that we're supposed to wind up with 98 episodes total, and Divergence was 92. So 6 more would mean 22 this season. If I can do math in my head this early in the morning.

Chris, loving the Captain Archer / Klingon Cranical Enhancement pic. Not sure why ....

Overall I have to agree that the best part was the Phlox angle. It was great seeing him forceful and in charge. Very un-Phlox like and yet a nice change.

Not liking the Columbia's captain very much still ... not sure why either.

Hmmmmmmmmm the transfer of Trip to Entperise was a bit odd. But I like having him back and that's a hard thing for me to say because I've wanted to ship Archer and T'Pol and therefore not really want to like Trip. But I do. *sigh* Ah well.

Wow, I wish I'd watched this whole episode. I only caught the end. Ever since the DS9 episode where they went back to the "Trouble with Tribbles" episode and noticed that the Klingons looked different, I've been waiting for an explanation!

I was wondering because I read a post somewhere about the show not returning with new eppy's till May and I knew we were done in May so I guess we come back mid April then.

That Archer pic is just scary.

I still liked this eppy. Being a TOS fan they made me somewhat believe that Kirk & Co. could find Klingons without ridges on their foreheads. What do I care..I once had a g/f who called me a "Baktag" and she had super sharp toenails....ughhh.

I both loved and loathed this episode. The subject matter, great! The resolution of a TOS issue, great! The battle, spectacular! The fact that the NX01 and 02 have torpedoes and don't use them? HORRID! sigh.

You are correct Chris....here's a run down by episode count:

2 episode Dualogy coming up starting 4/15.

1 stand alone episode.

3 episode Trilogy to finish the season.
