No he's actually really sweet and nice if you get to know him. He's also very cute in a geeky way. Hunter tries to be everyone's friends and that's one of his problems...He has other problems too that no one is aware of because he keeps them secret
Relationships: Hunter is good friends with Jamie. They have this on/off again relationship. Jamie is the only one that really understands him. They fight like cats and dogs most of the time but they do really get along. Hunter thinks the world of Jamie and he won't allow anything bad to happen to her. Jamie's like the sister that he never had. Hunter gets along well with his parents for the most part, especially his mom, Jessie but he does sometimes butts heads with his father, Guther. He gets along with Fayte and Benji and he enjoys messing with Aqua. He picks on her alot and he enjoys doing so but he also really cares for Aqua too. He just won't let her know that one

She never asks for anything in return, nor does she expect it. She is content with her surroundings & feels very blessed.
Relationships: Lila isn’t close at all with her her dad. She can’t relate to him in the least & she’s never quite felt that her presence around him is wanted. Her mother on the other hand, is completely opposite. She & her mom are close in every way. They share secrets & giggle, just like all girls do. Her brother & her are also tight. She looks up to him & he acts as her protector. She appreciates his concern, but sometimes is can be irritating. Especially, around guys. To be more specific…around her crush, Benji Summers. Only one person knows of her crush, & that’s her best friend in the entire world, Jamie Hendrickson.

History: Pete grew up in a high class of society. He went to Harvard, & became a Lawyer. One of the best criminal lawyers the world had seen. He practiced law for twenty one years before he retired. He would’ve rather kept working, but his heart told him otherwise. He had fallen in love & wanted to devote his whole life to this woman. They had a beautiful baby boy, & were married a total of twenty-five years. His wife passed away just recently, & his son moved back in. Although he misses his wife, he considers himself to be a very lucky man.
Realtionships: Close to son, Adrian, & is like a father/mentor to everyone in the neighborhood. Doesn’t really have time for a love interest, but he’s not totally taking himself off the market.

History: Adrian, has never had a long-term relationship since high school. Shortly after he finished College his mother had died, and he had instantly chosen to stay with his father, even though his father said he could take care of himself. Adrian works as a electrican, and is frequently asked by the neighboors to come by and check stuff out, which he doesn't mind. He has gained the nickname Mr. Fix-it from this.
Realtionships: Has had a crush on Miranda for awhile now. Although he doesn't frequently act on it, he likes her alot. Even though it doesn't seem on the outside he acts on it alot, he is always thinking about what she would think. He and his father, Pete have always had a great relationship, they hardly come upon any fights at all. He thinks his father is a great person to give you advice, and has never been surprised to see people come to him asking about advice from dating to money. Adrian, and Claire came friends very quickly when Claire and her husband moved into the neighborhood. And they became best friends even quicker. Even though Adrian goes to his father for loads of advice her goes to Claire too, especially for matters of the heart and when Adrian is trying to decipher what Miranda might think of him for doing certain things. He is also friends with Nate, though they aren't quite as close as Claire and he. He and Nate, are very good friends. Nate brings him out of his fantasys of having a big family, and to how much effort and work is to keep a family stable and together.

History: Nate use to live a wealthy life. His parents were wealthy and he lived a normal happy wealthy life. He didn't know what went wrong but somewhere it took a turn for the worse. He got fired from job and he's has another one but he feels swamped. He feels swamped by everything. He feels the world closing in on him and there's nothing he can do. He puts on a good show for his wife and children but he is a man that is slowly breaking under the pressure
Relationships: Nate has always had a relationship with Abby that happens to be on the rocks. They're always fighting with each other or trying to get back at eachother but in all honestly, Nate thinks the world of his wife. He loves her. Abby is very well the first person he ever loved and he could never lose her. He loves her and if he lost her, he'd break. Nate also happens to be very close to his daughters, Jamie and Aqua. He is very protective of his daughters and he won't allow anything bad to happen to them. If anything did happen to them, he really wouldn't know what to do. He loves them and hopes nothing in the world bad happens to them because he really wouldn't know what to do. Nate is friends with Adrian and Pete. He's close to them very much and he thinks of Adrian as the son he never had. Adrian reminds Nate alot of himself when he was that age. Nate happens to be a really friendly guy and he'll be friends with anyone as long as they're nice to him and don't judge him

History: Abby, like Nate grew up in a very wealthy family. And through that she met Nate. In the beginning of their marriage, everything was fine. Even through raising the girls was fine, until a couple months ago when Nate lost his job. Of coarse Abby didn't get a job to help, because quite frankly she didn't know how to work. She'd never had too. So after Nate lost his job, the no longer had a maid come through the house everyweek, either. And now it was up to Abby to help with household chores. She's still not sure if things will ever be the same, she relies on Jamie alot, because Jamie is just about the opposite of her. And from all this stress of lossing the wealthy life style she has picked up her old habit of smoking.
Realtionships: Abby and Nate have a relationship that is 'on the rocks' as one might say. She and Nate get in fights alot, these fights seem to usually center around money, and that lack of it. But Abby knows, although sometimes she doubts it, that she and he love each other to death, and could not deal to part. Jamie and she do not have a good realtionship, because of all their differences. Abby is job-less at the age of 41, and Jamie has a job at the age of 16. Abby likes to splurge when she gets alot of money, Jamie saves it. Abby goes to Pete very often, mostly for advice when she and Nate have fights or when she has doubts on her marriage.

History: Jamie feels like she's much older then she is. She works 3 days a week and gives half the money to her father, and half the money she keeps for an emergency and college. She's never actually dated anyone, and her friends are always telling her she has to live a little, but she doesn't care; her motto has become School and Family first.
Realtionships: Jamie and Hunter have a relationship, thats just about crossing the line between friends, they jump back and forth most of the time. They hang around each other alot, even though Jamie thinks Hunter is a spoiled brat, she knows he's very caring on the inside. Of coarse for knowing him for over a decade allows her to see that. And unbeknownst to him, Jamie believes she's began to have an actual crush on him. She and her mother, Abby, don't have the best mother/daughter relationship. She and her mother are complete opposites, and everyone knows that. She hates her smoking habits, and how she will splurge when shopping, although that has been cut down since her father was fired. She has a great relationship with, Nate, her father. Even though he get's half her salary, she doesn't mind. It's only usually $52.00 a week she has to give him, unless she gets a promotion, like she hopes she one day will. But it doesn't matter, her father is like one of her best friends, she can talk to him about practically anything, well except boys, because that's just awkward...

She is kind of a rebel and doesn't like to listen what her mom or dad have to say.
Realtionships: First of all, Aqua does not get crushes. She gave up on having crushes along time ago. The last time she had a crush, it got her hurt really bad, She doesn't trust guys like that, she just rather stay friends with them for now. She kind of gets along with her sister, Jamie , since both of them don't get along with their mom, Abby. Aqua is closest to her dad, Nate, than anyone in the family. As far as friends, she thinks Fayte is cool but she hates her sister's friend Hunter. He just annoys her.

Ransom, being the rebel he is, wanted none of this. That’s why he started seeing a random girl, Claire, at his college. It started off as a way to get back at his parents, & ended in a love he could have only dreamed of. Claire became his everything, & the two married right out of college.
Relationships: Ransom loves Claire with all his heart & soul. She is his muse, & he couldn't imagine going through life without her. They do get in fights often, b/c they both have hot tempers. Still, someting as simple as that couldn't destroy their marriage...could it? Ransom is fairly nice to everyone in the town. Even if he doesn’t like someone, he does his best to be respectful. If not for his sake, then for Claire’s. He wants to make her proud. His best friend in the entire neighborhood is Adrian. The two met the first week that Claire & him moved into the neighborhood. They had electrical problems & Adrian came to their rescue.

History: Miranda has an interesting history you might say. She was one of those wild teenage girls everyone in the town whispered about. She drank, smoke, slept around. You name it, she’s done it. Well, all her partying paid off, but not how she expected it would. She got pregnant, sixteen & pregnant. Surprisingly, the dad decided to stick around. The two never got married, but they lived together & raised Fayte as parents. This lasted for years, & even though he was a jerk & often beat Miranda, she took it. For the sake of giving her daughter two parents. Just when Miranda thought he was about to finally clean up his act, he ran off with another woman, & on Christmas Eve of all days. Fayte was devastated, & to protect her Miranda acted clueless. She didn’t want to tell Fayte the real reason her dad ran off for fear of causing Fayte more pain than she was already enduring. Now Miranda is scared that Fayte is becoming what she was like as a teenager. She's tried to talk to Fayte about it, but it won't work. She doesn't know what to do anymore.
Realtionships: Used to be close with her daughter, Fayte, but things aren’t looking good as of right now. She has a bit of a thing for the neighborhood electrican, Adrian, but she's scared to act on it. Ever since she was abused by Fayte's dad, she's become nervous around guys. She knows she's just being paranoid, but it's hard to let her guard down. She's a strong woman, & doesn't want to let anyone in. She's afraid of getting left again. She doesn't think her heart can take another dissapointment.

History: Kale has a mother and a father, though he knows neither. Apparently his parents weren't qualified to be able to take care of a child, so his Aunt has raised him all his life, and he has never met either parent. And his Aunt never seems to be quite happy when he brings up the subject. He doesn't try too hard in school, and he does gambleing to earn money. He's got a fake idea, and all. He's the average rebel walking on the streets. He feels safe in the city, rather then in the suburbs. He doesn't like the suburbs at all, he thinks it's just way too 'safe' and that their is probably a violent person in each household. Kale wouldn't say he is anti-social, but he doesn't go out of his way to talk to someone.
Realtionships: Kale isn't exactly anti-social, but he won't really go out of his way to talk to someone. Although he does find himself going after Fayte alot, he's not sure why. She is very attractive of coarse, but there is just something about her attitude that gets his attention too. Something that makes him think she's more then just the average girl from the suburbs, no she's got an edge to her.

Truthfully, Benji's parnet are alive and well just not to Benji. His dad ran off with another women and his mom is a drunk. So, to Benji his parnets are as good as dead. When he was seven, his aunt and uncle agreed to take him in and they couldn't have been to get a son. Benji was happy to get away from his family.
Realtionships: Benji isn't a very open guy but almost everyone knows he has a crush on Lila Renolds. He sometimes has a habit of staring at her in class but looking anyway before anyone sees.
