That's the name of the game, generally.

But honestly speaking, it'd be nice to get a compendium out there. Some of the artwork for him has been quite fantastic over the years.

I just find that the character has been utterly ruined by the prequels' interpretation of Anakin and some EU stuff too. Now he's only of interest to me in pre-99 stuff. After that point I find him ANNOYING and once I never thought I'd be saying that. I loved that character for years. Thank you Mr Lucas for screwing up royally.

There is something about the OT Vader, that he was a faceless man with an unknown past. We only could speculate what happened. The mystery of what happened to him made you wonder what would make you become a monster....

after the PT, whenever I think of Vader, I automatically also think of the cute little boy from TPM and not only of the fearful MIB anymroe

Sorry, vader was never that boy. I'm of the opinion that at some point between III and IV, he was killed off and replaced with someone that had a spine.

Has anyone seen the giant Star Wars Pop-up Book?

I believe that the Jedi managed to kill that boy before Ep. II and that it didn't happen between the PT and the OT

Yeah, that hard look the kid gave Mace Windu really got him in trouble. As soon as the credits rolled on TPM Mace got to work with his lightsaber. But the Hayden character was also killed off sometime. The emperor fried him sometime after ROTS and replaced him with Luke and Leia's real father.
